Chapel Hill Transit’s phone system will be undergoing an upgrade Friday, January 28, 2011, through Sunday, January 30, 2011. While they don’t anticipate interruptions in service, they wanted to make you aware of this update in case you experience difficulties reaching them through their general phone numbers. If you do experience difficulties during this time, please contact the Regional Call Center at 919.485.7433. The Call Center will be providing information regarding schedules, EZ Rider services and lost & found from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
