Chapel Hill Transit Shuttles for UNC Sporting Events

Chapel Hill Transit is now providing Tar Heel Express shuttle services to football games scheduled at Kenan Stadium.

Shuttles usually begin at the Friday Center and Airport Drive (103 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill) park and rides, and from the Southern Village and Jones Ferry Road park and rides.
Shuttles will not operate from University Place (formerly University Mall) this year.

Shuttles usually drop off and pick up on South Road at Carmichael Auditorium and Woolen gym. The shuttles will provide continuous and fully accessible service, running every 10 to 15 minutes between the park and rides and Kenan Stadium. The shuttles will operate for 45 minutes following the game. Shuttle rides are $5 for a round-trip or $3 for a one-way trip. Park and ride permits are not required during Tar Heel Express events.
