Celebrate National Dump the Pump Day- a national initiative to connect citizens to public transportation, Chapel Hill Transit’s rides are no charge every day but why not explore CHT on June 21st?!!

Electric Bicycle Demonstration as well for anyone interested in trying out an E-Bike!

Free bike checks & adjustments, music floating through the trees while bells and lights are added to bicycles.  Rides on Bolin Creek led by BACH while younger children can ride the quarter mile route around the park.  Check out blueberry science, crafts and even blueberry water and granola bars… be sure to play the blueberry ball bicycle game and participate in the bike rodeo!  And a good day to hop on an Electric Bike for demonstration, sponsored by The Bicycle Chain of Chapel Hill!

Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation is having movie nights all summer long! Bring a blanket and chairs June 7th for our kickoff and see Spiderman: Homecoming on top of the Wallace Parking Deck at 8:30 PM. Cycle into the movies for a great gift! Just show us your bike and we will cheer you on for keeping our air and water clean! Admission and popcorn are free!
