The Chapel Hill – Carrboro Community Parade is this Saturday, December 3rd.  The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. For any cyclist wanting to be part of the parade, have your bicycle at the 140 West Plaza by 10 a.m. – the intersection of West Franklin and Church Street (near the Target).

This is a great event for kids and Bike Chapel Hill (the Bicycle Alliance in Chapel Hill) can help you find ways to ride back up to where you started.  Now that we have bike lanes on both sides of Franklin Street, it is pretty easy.  The weather will be great, and as before, the group will be giving out free Carrboro-Coffee along the route! Festive bicycle decorations are encouraged!!!
